FAQ

1. What kind of events do you perform at?
I perform at corporate events, non-profit galas, and milestone private parties.
2. What kind of magic do you do?
I perform both mingling close-up magic, and a stage comedy show. With both, the magic feels like it's happening in real life. Everything is quick, direct, and interactive, with lots of laughs.
3. Is your show personalized?
Yes. I'm a patent-holding magic inventor, and my custom magic is one of the things I'm most known for. I can tailor the magic to your event, your VIPs, and your message. For example, a guest's face can replace the king's or queen's face on a souvenir playing card.
4. How much does it cost to hire you?
Fees depend on crowd size, format, and personalization. The majority of my shows are between $3k and $6k. The full range is $2,500 to $15k+. I can give you an exact quote if you contact me below.
5. How far in advance should I book?
On average, people contact me 3 to 8 months before their event, but I try to accommodate both last-minute and farther-out events when I can.
6. How long do you perform?
Strolling can run anywhere from an hour to multiple days, depending on the size and nature of the event. My stage show can be done in 10 to 15 minute blocks spread across the event, or as one 30 to 60 minute set.
7. What about kids?
The show is built for adults who have seen it all. That being said, every routine is clean, so a few younger guests in the mix are not a problem. If you are planning a wedding, mitzvah, or a corporate family event with mixed ages, you are in the right place. If you are looking for a just-for-kids show, I would recommend reaching out to a children's performer.
8. How far do you travel?
I perform up to two fly-outs per month, in the USA, the Caribbean, or Europe. The rest of my performances are closer to home in the Northeast.
9. What did you do before going into magic full time?
Before magic took over my life nearly twenty years ago, I built websites for law firms, taught acting, performed improv comedy, and headlined NYC venues as a comedy songwriter.
10. Are you available / How do I book you?
To check availability, fill out the form below. If I'm available, I'll ask a few follow-up questions to make sure we're a good fit. If we are, I'll send over a proposal with a clear expiration date and next steps. I usually reply within a few hours.
