Stage Area Requirements
I can’t wait for you to see how much fun your crowd has!!!
Please follow the recommendations below exactly when possible. If any of the guidelines below aren’t possible, please let me know now so we can plan an alternate strategy to ensure your guests enjoyment!
Things I don’t need:
– Tables
– Food
– The stage area should be set up as it is in the picture below…

* If you are expecting more than 100 people, a raised stage or riser is highly recommended. Minimum recommended size is 2 foot tall, 6 feet deep and 12 feet wide. Wider than that is better when it is possible.
* No people to sides of stage area
* No people behind stage area
* Performing area is against a wall with no foot traffic
* First row of chairs as close to stage as possible. (No orchestra pit).
* Every 6 chairs, there is a narrow aisle (about 18 inches, no bigger)
* Having a wide audience is generally better than having a deep / far away audience.
* No center aisle, thanks!
* Everyone should be able to see the entire stage area from their seat, so when setting up the venue, please avoid anything that could obstruct anyone’s view from the seating area to the stage area. Examples -tall center pieces, helium balloons, banners, etc.
* Matching the picture above will give everyone an amazing view, and give them an incredible experience, THANK YOU!!!
SOUND REQUIREMENTS:
If I am driving to you, and you have less than 500 people…
I will bring my own custom sound system.
If you are expecting more than 500 people watching…
Please ask me about my current sound requirements.
If I am flying to you…
Please ask me about my current sound requirements.
Food / Concessions:
To ensure the focus that makes a high quality theatrical experience possible, the audience should not be eating anything (including snacks) during any portion of the stage show. If you are an organization that would like to sell concessions, please contact me now, and I’ll give you some guidelines on intermission timing based on the size of the crowd, and the size of your staff. Thank you!
